George Bollozos is a seasoned M&A advisor with experience in transactions ranging from $500K to $50M. With a background in healthcare finance at Bank of America and executive training from Cornell, he brings strategic insight and financial discipline to every deal. At JW Practice Advisory, he focuses on high-performing, multi-location dental practices—delivering detailed practice analyses and seamless transitions. George is known for his ethical, client-first approach, ensuring sellers protect their legacy while maximizing value. George is a graduate from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a commercial real estate license. 

Dr. Roshan Parikh, DDS MBA, is a distinguished dentist who has built an exceptional career in clinical practice and healthcare leadership.   As a practicing dentist, Dr. Ro began his clinical journey in 2008 when he purchased his first dental practice in the south suburbs of Chicago, transforming it from a small 650-square-foot operation with three employees into a thriving 35+ network of multi-specialty dental group practices with over 100 dentists and specialists.  

Dr. Ro’s innovative approach to dentistry extends beyond traditional practice, as he served as Head of Dentistry for Walmart Health, where he developed revolutionary multi-modality healthcare centers that integrated dental care with primary medicine.  Currently, he leverages his extensive dental background as the founder of DSO Strategy, LLC and as a Strategic Growth Advisor to JW Advisory, helping entrepreneurial dentists find the right partners for their practices and groups, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
