Better Care, Better Business: AI Workflows & Patient Outcomes

Better Care, Better Business: How AI-Powered Workflows Deliver Exceptional Patient Outcomes — and the ROI That Follows

The best-run dental practices aren’t optimizing for revenue. They’re optimizing for patients. And when you get patient care right, the business results follow.

This session reframes how dental teams think about AI technology — not as a financial tool, but as a clinical one. The kind that puts more complete, more consistent, and more confident care within reach for every patient who sits in your chair.

From the first X-ray to the final claim

Attendees will explore how Overjet’s FDA-cleared AI platform supports the full patient journey — so that nothing gets missed, nothing gets lost, and every patient receives the same standard of exceptional care regardless of provider or location:

IRIS, Overjet’s integrated image capture solution, ensures diagnostic-quality radiographs every time.
Vision AI delivers objective, clinically validated analysis directly on X-rays — giving providers the confidence to present findings clearly, and patients the clarity to say yes to treatment they actually need.
Voice eliminates the documentation burden that pulls clinicians out of the room, capturing clinical notes in real time so care stays the focus.
RCM ensures the care delivered is accurately documented and reimbursed — so practices can sustain and grow the high standard of care they’re committed to.
The ROI is real, and this session shows you exactly where it comes from. But it starts with the patient — and it always should.

Objectives:

  • Articulate how AI-powered clinical tools elevate the standard of patient care — improving diagnostic consistency, treatment transparency, and patient trust across every visit.
  • Connect exceptional patient outcomes to measurable business results, including increased case acceptance, reduced claim denials, faster reimbursement, and higher production per chair.
  • Apply a patient-centered framework for evaluating and integrating AI tools — from image capture and diagnostic AI through voice documentation and revenue cycle management — into existing workflows.
  • Quantify the downstream ROI generated when practices lead with clinical excellence, using real-world data on production lift, denial reduction, and administrative efficiency gains.

About the Speaker

Rhegan Stewart brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and commercial acumen to dental AI. After more than a decade as a registered dental hygienist, she transitioned into dental sales — spending the past five years helping practices navigate technology adoption and growth.

She joined Overjet two years ago as a sales representative before stepping into her current role as GTM Enablement Lead, where she bridges the gap between clinical reality and go-to-market strategy. Her background gives her an instinct for what actually matters at the chair — and how to translate that into tools and messaging that resonate with dental teams.

Off the clock, Rhegan holds her most important title — Mom. She’s the proud mother of three daughters who are deep in travel softball, which means most weekends you’ll find her at the ballfield, coffee in hand. Her days are a full-contact sport of their own: building enablement programs at Overjet by day, and shuttling three busy girls to practices, games, and everything in between by night. She’ll be the first to tell you that managing a GTM motion and a household of athletes requires the same skill set — clear communication, relentless follow-through, and a very good calendar.
