JM Ryerson founded and sold 3 businesses and is now helping leadership teams do the same. He is an Author, Leadership & Performance Coach, International Speaker, and host of the Let’s Go Win podcast who has been building companies and leading sales teams for over 20 years. Dr. Muller received his Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco in 1978, followed by the completion of his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific School of dentistry in 1985. Today, his career in the field spans nearly 40 years, and he brings close to three decades of experience in dental practice development and dental management consulting to Sunrise Dental Solutions. He has a keen interest in the numbers associated with dental practice and has extensively studied the business side of this field! Dr. Muller and his wife of nearly 40 years, Dr. Cindy Lyon, shared a general practice for many years in Murphys, California. Today, they are both retired from their general practice, and she currently serves as the Academic Dean at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry while Dr. Muller enjoys working one-on-one with our clients and helping them manage their numbers. Whenever he has free time, Dr. Muller enjoys doing all types of outdoor activities. He has participated in triathlons for well over three decades and even qualified for the USAT Olympic Distance National Championships multiple times. He is a Level 3 Certified US Masters Swimming coach and regularly swims with his local Masters group. He also spends extended time in the remotest regions all over North America, studying all species of bear, including his favorite – the Grizzly Bear.

Mandy is a current onsite trainer and team leader coach with Sunrise Dental Solutions as well as the Business Office Team Leader at Dental Wellness of Lexington in Lexington, KY. Mandy attended the University of Louisville and discovered her love of dentistry and passion for helping others while working at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. In the 7 years she was there, Mandy learned about general dentistry procedures and the specialities of dentistry and thrived in the business aspect of the dental field. Mandy advanced from registration duties to Head Cashier of the college working closely with the Dean of Business Affairs prior to starting her career with Dr. Anthony Feck and Corporate Center Dental Care in 2004. In addition to her team leader duties, Mandy manages the schedule for Dr. Maxie Combs and is also responsible for the scheduling of patients for the DOCS IV sedation clinic, ensuring that the 7 doctors attending have the ability to obtain their 20 successful venipunctures in the 3 days of the clinic (that is 140 sedation appointments in 3 days!). Mandy enjoys working with doctors and their team members to implement and develop systems in their own practices that encourage team communication, growth and practice success. Her knowledge of the daily successes and struggles that can occur in the dental office gives her the ability to empathize and relate to team members. This allows her to help offices problem solve and develop systems that will create efficiency and lead to less challenging days. In her free time, Mandy enjoys vacationing at the beach with her husband, Dean, and their daughter Ellie, reading, and playing golf.

With a diverse professional background, Keli Tointigh has extensive dental experience dating back to 2010, where she has served as Financial Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, Office Manager and now as an Operations Manager for 29th Street Dental Care in Chickasha, Oklahoma. 29th Street Dental Care is expanding, and Keli manage both locations. She pursued higher education diligently, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Science and Arts in 1999, followed by a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. While attending OU, she worked in the Weitzenhoffer School of Musical Theater as the assistant to the Director for three years. For ten years prior, she held a key leadership role as a general manager in a retail department store contributing to her expertise in customer service and human relations.Keli joined the Sunrise Dental Solutions team in the fall of 2023 as a trainer/coach for team leaders. She is passionate about training, helping people grow and growing businesses as well.Keli is married to her college sweetheart, John, and together God has blessed them with five children, Gehrig, Boston, Maris, Nolan and Caroline. Keli is an avid baseball fan, world traveler and Disney lover. When she is not working, she can be found at a ballfield or on a trip but always with family.

She is from a small town called Waxhaw, North Carolina and no one is a stranger to her, really; she knows someone who knows someone who knows someone. Her purpose is in collaboration and community. She finds joy in helping people unleash skills they have yet to uncover and in creating a comfortable route for open communication. Authenticity is her core; she believes grace is huge and she loves engaging with other dental teams.

Today, she helps with facilitating training and coaching dentists across the United States and Canada in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing Strategies, Leadership, Team Building, Management, and Customer Service. She also organizes and supervises all the administrative activities that facilitate the efficiency of the home office. Marsha has been working with Dr. Feck and the Sunrise team since February of 2005, providing a wide range of services and support to clients – but especially in the area of practice statistics! Over the past years, she has greatly enjoyed developing strong relationships with members and seeing their willingness to share experience and success with each other in such a generous manner. For her education, she is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Paralegal degree. Prior to working for Sunrise Dental Solutions, she was a paralegal for several years, providing legal research and assistance to several attorneys.Outside of work, Marsha is happily married with a son and a daughter. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, reading, and traveling.

Kimberly is our Vice President of Member Services and one of our on-site trainers. She prepares training materials, schedules on-site visits and handles client relations. Kimberly graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. She has worked in the dental profession for over 15 years and loves the challenges and opportunities it presents.
