Practicing since 1975, Elaine has had a myriad of dental experiences, which include holding numerous positions in organized dental hygiene like dental hygiene educator, dental assistant, administrative team leader, and business administrator. With this background, she is effective in motivating and educating the front and back office with the teamwork necessary to deliver the highest quality of care possible today!

Being married to a dentist, Elaine can "see both sides of the coin" when it comes to both owning a dental practice and working as a team member. When not working in her husband’s office or training clients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her four children and grandchildren!
